Yearring Terms of Use

By downloading or using Yearring (the "App") you agree to these terms.
- License. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms (Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) or the Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable.
- Premium. Yearring Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Prices may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Your data. Your habit data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (for example with the App's JSON export). We are not liable for data lost through device loss, deletion or uninstalling.
- Not medical advice. The App is a self-tracking tool. It does not provide medical, health or addiction-treatment advice. If you are trying to quit smoking, alcohol or other substances, consider talking to a health professional.
- Acceptable use. Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App except as permitted by law.
- Disclaimer. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.
- Changes. We may update the App and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

プレミアムは月額・年額の自動更新サブスクリプションまたは買い切りで提供され、期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新されます（ストアのアカウント設定で管理）。記録は端末に保存されるため、バックアップ（JSON書き出し）はご自身で行ってください。本アプリは医療・依存症治療の助言を提供しません。お問い合わせ：sanddeuts@gmail.com
