These terms apply to Sugoi (수고이 / スゴイスゴイ, "the app") by SDDT ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; where these terms differ, the stricter protection for you applies.
1. The service
Sugoi helps you log household chores and share them with the people you live with. You can use it on your own right away. Household sharing (where available) requires every member to install Sugoi and join through an invite. Features may change over time.
2. Your account and household
Sharing uses an anonymous account tied to your installation. Keep your device secure; anyone who can open the app on it can act as you. Households have up to 2 members on the free plan and up to 6 with Premium. Any member can invite others, edit shared chores and shopping items, and leave at any time.
3. Your content and conduct
You keep ownership of what you enter (chores, notes, thank-you messages, display name). You give us a limited license to store and transmit it only to run the app for you and your household. Do not use Sugoi to harass, threaten or abuse others, to send unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit content, or to impersonate someone. Members can report messages and block other members; we may remove content, households or accounts that break these rules. We do not pre-screen messages and are not responsible for what members send each other.
4. Sugoi Premium (auto-renewing household subscription)
- Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription (the yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers). Prices are shown in the app and the store before you buy.
- One member pays, the whole household gets Premium for as long as that subscription is active and the subscriber remains in the household. If the subscriber leaves the household or the subscription ends, the household returns to the free plan; data is kept, but features beyond the free plan (for example members beyond 2, older stats, themes) become read-only or unavailable.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial). The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Cancel or manage in your store account settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Use "Restore purchases" in the app after reinstalling.
5. Availability and data
Sugoi is provided "as is". We work to keep household sync reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep in mind that solo data lives on your device: if you lose the device or delete the app before sharing, it cannot be recovered. Stats and "effort points" are a friendly guide, not a judgment of anyone.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes between household members. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
7. Ending
You can stop using Sugoi and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations.
8. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. Contact: SDDT, sanddeuts@gmail.com

1. 서비스
수고이는 집안일을 기록하고 함께 사는 사람과 공유하도록 돕는 앱입니다. 혼자서도 바로 쓸 수 있습니다. 우리 집 함께 쓰기(제공되는 경우)는 모든 구성원이 수고이를 설치하고 초대로 참여해야 합니다. 기능은 바뀔 수 있습니다.
2. 계정과 우리 집
함께 쓰기에는 설치된 앱에 연결된 익명 계정이 쓰입니다. 기기를 안전하게 관리하세요. 무료 플랜은 2명, 프리미엄은 최대 6명까지 함께할 수 있습니다. 구성원은 누구나 초대, 공유 집안일·장보기 항목 수정, 언제든 나가기를 할 수 있습니다.
3. 콘텐츠와 이용 규칙
입력한 내용(집안일, 메모, 수고했어 메시지, 표시 이름)의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 저희는 앱 제공을 위해서만 이를 저장·전송합니다. 괴롭힘, 위협, 욕설, 불법·혐오·음란 콘텐츠, 타인 사칭에 수고이를 사용하지 마세요. 구성원은 메시지를 신고하고 다른 구성원을 차단할 수 있으며, 저희는 규칙을 어긴 콘텐츠·우리 집·계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 메시지를 사전 검토하지 않으며 구성원 간에 주고받은 내용에 책임지지 않습니다.
4. 수고이 프리미엄 (자동 갱신 우리 집 구독)
- 프리미엄은 월간 또는 연간 자동 갱신 구독입니다(연간 플랜은 신규 구독자에게 7일 무료 체험이 제공될 수 있음). 가격은 구매 전 앱과 스토어에 표시됩니다.
- 한 명이 결제하면 우리 집 모두가 프리미엄이며, 구독이 유효하고 구독자가 우리 집에 있는 동안 유지됩니다. 구독자가 나가거나 구독이 끝나면 무료 플랜으로 돌아갑니다. 데이터는 유지되지만 무료 범위를 넘는 기능(2명 초과 구성원, 지난 통계, 테마 등)은 읽기 전용이 되거나 이용할 수 없습니다.
- 결제는 구매 확정 시(무료 체험은 체험 종료 시) Apple ID 또는 Google Play 계정으로 청구됩니다. 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신되며, 종료 전 24시간 이내에 갱신 요금이 청구됩니다. 구독을 구매하면 남은 무료 체험 기간은 소멸됩니다.
- 해지·관리는 스토어 계정 설정에서 할 수 있습니다(iPhone: 설정 → 이름 → 구독, Android: Google Play → 결제 및 정기 결제 → 정기 결제). 앱을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않습니다.
- 환불은 Apple 또는 Google 정책에 따릅니다. 재설치 후에는 앱의 "구매 복원"을 이용하세요.
5. 서비스 제공과 데이터
수고이는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 동기화를 안정적으로 유지하려고 노력하지만 중단 없는 서비스를 보장하지 않습니다. 혼자 쓰는 데이터는 기기에만 있으므로 함께 쓰기 전 기기를 잃어버리거나 앱을 삭제하면 복구할 수 없습니다. 통계와 수고 포인트는 서로를 알아봐 주기 위한 참고일 뿐, 누군가를 평가하는 기준이 아닙니다.
6. 책임의 제한
법이 허용하는 범위에서 저희는 간접·결과적 손해나 구성원 간 분쟁에 책임지지 않습니다. 이 약관은 소비자 보호법상 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
7. 이용 종료
언제든 앱에서 계정을 삭제하고 이용을 그만둘 수 있습니다. 중대하거나 반복적인 위반 시 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
8. 변경, 준거법, 문의
약관을 변경하면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 거주 국가의 강행 소비자법은 그대로 적용됩니다. 문의: SDDT, sanddeuts@gmail.com

本規約は、SDDT（「当方」）が提供するスゴイスゴイ（Sugoi、「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本アプリを利用すると本規約に同意したものとみなします。App Storeから入手した場合は、Appleの標準使用許諾契約（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）も適用されます。
1. サービス
スゴイスゴイは、家事を記録し一緒に暮らす人と共有するためのアプリです。ひとりでもすぐに使えます。家族との共有（提供される場合）には、メンバー全員がスゴイスゴイをインストールし招待から参加する必要があります。機能は変更されることがあります。
2. アカウントと家
共有には、インストールに紐づく匿名アカウントを使います。端末は安全に管理してください。無料プランは2人まで、プレミアムは最大6人まで参加できます。メンバーは誰でも招待、共有の家事・買い物項目の編集、いつでも退出ができます。
3. コンテンツと禁止事項
入力した内容（家事、メモ、ありがとうのメッセージ、表示名）の権利は利用者に帰属します。当方は本アプリの提供のためにのみ保存・送信します。嫌がらせ、脅迫、暴言、違法・差別的・性的なコンテンツの送信、なりすましに本アプリを使わないでください。メンバーはメッセージの通報と他のメンバーのブロックができ、当方は規約違反のコンテンツ・家・アカウントを削除することがあります。メッセージを事前に確認することはなく、メンバー間のやり取りについて責任を負いません。
4. スゴイスゴイ プレミアム（自動更新の世帯サブスクリプション）
- プレミアムは月額または年額の自動更新サブスクリプションです（年額プランでは新規の方に7日間の無料トライアルを提供する場合があります）。価格は購入前にアプリとストアに表示されます。
- ひとりが支払えば、家族全員がプレミアムになり、購読が有効で購読者が家に参加している間続きます。購読者が退出するか購読が終了すると無料プランに戻ります。データは残りますが、無料の範囲を超える機能（3人目以降のメンバー、過去の統計、テーマなど）は閲覧のみ、または利用できなくなります。
- お支払いは購入確定時（無料トライアルの場合は終了時）にApple IDまたはGoogle Playアカウントに請求されます。現在の期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新され、期間終了前24時間以内に更新料金が請求されます。購読を購入すると、残りの無料トライアル期間は失効します。
- 解約・管理はストアのアカウント設定から行えます（iPhone：設定 → ユーザ名 → サブスクリプション、Android：Google Play → お支払いと定期購入 → 定期購入）。アプリを削除しても解約にはなりません。
- 返金はAppleまたはGoogleの規定に従います。再インストール後はアプリの「購入を復元」をご利用ください。
5. 提供とデータ
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。同期の安定に努めますが、中断のないサービスは保証しません。ひとりで使う間のデータは端末内にのみあるため、共有前に端末を紛失したりアプリを削除したりすると復元できません。統計と家事ポイントは気づき合うための目安であり、誰かを評価するものではありません。
6. 責任の制限
法令で認められる範囲で、当方は間接的・結果的な損害やメンバー間の紛争について責任を負いません。本規約は消費者保護法上の利用者の権利を制限するものではありません。
7. 利用の終了
アプリ内でいつでもアカウントを削除し、利用をやめることができます。重大または繰り返しの違反がある場合、利用を停止することがあります。
8. 変更・準拠法・お問い合わせ
本規約を変更する場合は、施行日とともにこのページに掲載します。本規約は大韓民国法に準拠しますが、お住まいの国の強行的な消費者保護規定は適用されます。お問い合わせ：SDDT、sanddeuts@gmail.com
